It is not every day the bride gets up to join in the choir at her own wedding. We had a great time taking photos with the choir and the bell ringers. Lucas & Zoe first met bell ringing, and managed to work that part of their story into the wedding reception too.
The choir led the procession into the service followed by the flower girls, Zoe and her Dad, then bridesmaid Julie. What a historic space, full of beautiful details and wedding flowers.
After signing the schedule in the vestry they walked out into the sunshine for confetti under a bright blue sky.

Over at the Wool Barn we had time for a walk in the grounds with Zoe and Lucas as their guests then a few quick group photos in the gardens. Everyone was seeking out the shade and loving the canapes and arrival drinks.
We gathered everyone in the courtyards for a photo as we headed into the barn for the meal and speeches. Did you spot the model of The Wool Barn which they use for a card box? It’s a fun unique touch from this venue.

“The whole day was just amazing! We loved my nieces ‘helping’ you take photos and of course the cake knife breaking!”
Zoe’s Dad, Lucas and his best man all made speeches, with the flower girls standing near by to rate them with score cards.
After dinner, most people sat outside to meet evening guests as they arrived and had some sweet catch-up chats in the bar. Zoe and Lucas cut the cake and the knife snapped! These wedding hiccups are always our favourites, they bring so many extra laughs to the day. They were joined by the flower girls during the first dance, which was ridiculously cute. We had fun dancing the night away with the rest of their crowd. There were sweets and our photo booth in a side room for a little extra entertainment in the evening.

We got some more gorgeous photos in the field around sunset, which is a lovely moment to take a break away from the crowd and have some more relaxed couple pictures. Sitting outside with pizza on a warm evening are what the weddings of our dreams are made of, so this was a real treat.
