What a day! Witnessing these days is the biggest honour for us. One that really hits hard when you watch a friend you’ve known for 18 years marrying the most wonderful gentleman.
Lets not make it sound too serious though. Here’s what you need to know, just a taste of how they shaped the day to be perfectly them.
Firstly: catching the train with the whole bridal party gang. Which was really fun, chatting with the flower girls posing for the Transport for Wales media team- and that giant ticket. I loved how enthusiastic the train team were to have us on board.
Then their vows and a surprise song at Penarth Pier Pavilion. Out onto the pier for confetti… with the fish and chips-ers watching on.
Walking along the seafront to the yatch club with their guests waving and cheering from the balcony.
Sunshine and skipping children made this day full of whimsy. And a tun of Welsh cakes kept things sweet.
Huge thanks to the utterly magical The Trends Party Band- you were the cherry on the cake.
