Andrew and rachael’s WEDDING at stone Barn in the cotswolds

These two are a such a creative couple. You’ll see their unique stamp on all the details of the day. Stone Barn was the perfect Cotswolds wedding venue for them to make their plans a reality.

(Make sure you check out their Task Master challenge during the speeches, it was the highlight of the day for us!)

Their engagement photos

wedding morning preparations

Of course the grooms party got some photos with their wedding car. We’ve had the pleasure of photographing this bunch a few times and they always bring their best modelling skills.

The ladies were having a more casual time getting ready at a cute Airbnb nearby.

the wedding ceremony at Stone barn

This was one adorable bridal procession, the kids lead the way with the bridesmaids and Rach followed with her Mum.

Andrew and Rachael personalised the wedding ceremony by writing their own vows. We were excited to hear what they’d written.

Once the paperwork was taken care of we celebrated with confetti and headed outside for congratulations and canapes!

After a few family photos we took all the bridesmaids and groomsmen to the front of the barn for some silly photos of them hanging out. Then we snuck off for some couples photos around Stone Barn. The location is so beautiful. Andrew & Rachael made sure to have a thumb war too - you do you on your wedding day!

their wedding reception

We love the hand-printed items A&R designed and made for their wedding reception. They invented their own crest, which was part of their table decor. Also on display was the annual photo montage Andrew makes for Rach on their anniversary. So much creative inspiration!

Before being seated for the wedding breakfast Andrew & Rachel cut the wedding cake which was made by another creative wedding guest and decorated with edible flowers.

Cripps served up some of their legendary sharing platters and while the guests sat around feeling satisfied after dinner there was speeches to enjoy.

These guys pulled it out of the bag with a solid set of impressive speeches. There was a whole multimedia presentation, not only of embarrassing photos but also with personal, celebrity messages. Alex Horne set Andrew a Task Master challenge to collect 50 shoes in 2 minutes- the best kind of wedding chaos erupted in those two minutes. It was such a fun way to get the whole room running around. Rachael rounded off the speeches with a few more video messages from some of Andrew’s favourite celebs, including one of our favourites Phil Rosenthal! (Fun Fact: Malc got to ask Phil a question when he came to Birmingham on his latest tour)

There was time to mingle and pop in the photo booth before Soul Collective kicked off the first dance. It was a good party- the band were great and it turns out Stone Barn also make incredible pizzas (not surprised, only delighted).

So many happy memories- happy first anniversary A&R- Nom x
