Laura had a lovely team around her getting ready in the morning: her bridesmaids, hair and make up ladies, parents and Chief Loz of honour (who was party of the grooms team too!). They gathered at Charlie and Laura’s house to get ready and hop on the vintage bus to Swallows Nest. Charlie and the lads were already at the venue getting it ready, tucking into breakfast and finally getting themselves ready for the ceremony.

The string quartet played Laura and her Dad down the aisle. Charlie’s Mum and sister did readings before the Bride and Groom exchanged their vows.

With the formal aspects of the day done guests chucked confetti then grabbed a drink and chatted in the courtyard. We set aside some time for the bridal party to hang out together before we all headed inside. The speeches had everyone clinking glasses and then we tucked into a gorgeous wedding breakfast.

Guests headed back into the courtyard, and made use of the vintage photo booth. Loz’s sound check turned into an impromptu Father- Daughter dance egged on by a delighted crown of guests. The bride and groom didn’t cut the cake instead they exchanged slices of chocolate brownie tower then had their first dance. DJ Ed stepped up to an energy packed set and guests matched his enthusiasm even grabbing Laura into the conga line!
