ALEX & DOMINIQUES’S WEDDING
Dominique had a lovely friend to do her make up as well as a hair dresser, bridesmaids and Mom around to help her get ready. She left her student house and hopped into a stretch-hummer with all of her ladies. We met the boys at Aston Park for A&D to have their first look moment. It was sweet for them to have a moment to connect before the ceremony. The rest of the bridal party and their family joined us for photos and some time to relax before the ceremony. The ladies stuck around or a picnic while the lads headed over to the church to welcome the guests.

Dominique’s brother walked her down the aisle and there was palpable anticipation in the room through the vows as the crowd awaited the kiss! The ceremony was finished off with readings, songs and a few words from their pastor. After completing the legal bits Alex & Dominique lead the procession of their guests through to the church hall for refreshments.
After time to chill and chat to guests everyone made their way over to Aston Tavern (a real gem!). There were drinks waiting for them as they arrived and took their seats. The bride and groom were announced as Mr & Mrs and the wedding breakfast got underway with lots of tasty food.

We lost count of the number of warm and funny speeches made by their family and friends- they were all entertaining especially the ‘best boys’ tributes to their Uncle Alex.

Before the dancing got started the Bride and Groom cut their cake, taking a moment to deliver a slice to each of their mothers. Then the real fun kicked off with their DJ playing some real crowd pleasers. We snuck a few photos of A & D at sunset then they let their hair down with an outfit change and dancing to match! After a lot more dancing (and some fun in the photo booth … see video below) it was time to end the night with a sparkler send off.
